I spent last week traveling to a couple states on east coast for business. I had mentioned playing baseball to a couple people. Of course the first thing one thought was, “you’re full of s##t, you mean softball, right?” Another actually had heard of the NABA since they have a league in their area, which was Birmingham, Alabama. When I told him we have over 150 teams in our league, he said, “you’re full of s##t, there is no way you have that many teams”. They may be right, I can be full of s##t, but I was right on both counts.

Oops, I forgot the newsletter this week and I’m off on work travel so there will not be one next week. Fortunately I’m able to schedule these trips around baseball games.

Some are still complaining about having to buy helmets with face guards. Again, that entire newsletter was a joke. Ignore all that was said. But if you did buy a helmet, feel free to use it, there is no rule against it.
