The SDABL is governed by Major League Baseball rules with the exceptions found in these pamphlets.  These documents clarify and simplify as many rules as possible.  The intent is to eliminate loopholes so that any one team does not receive an unfair advantage over another.  In the event an issue, matter, or circumstance has not been addressed herein, the SDABL reserves the right to resolve said occurrence in the best interest of the League as a whole, in the spirit of the game of Baseball, and with impartiality to all the participants.
