Established in 1986, the SDABL has been San Diego's oldest and largest adult baseball venue featuring year around league play and tournaments in America's Finest City. As of this writing in 2022 the League has successfully operated thirty-six years of family oriented, competitive and FUN baseball.

The San Diego Adult Baseball League is passionate about making baseball accessible to adults of all ages and abilities. Whether you are 18 or 70, the SDABL will have a team for you to play on which will comfortably fit your skill level. Our special rules allow each member to maximize playing time and minimize bench sitting. The SDABL fully understands we all have to pay to play this great game and being on the field is what makes it all come together.

We offer weekend leagues as well as weekday leagues. Altogether over 160 teams suit up each year making the SDABL the country's largest adult baseball program. Our games are scheduled on between twenty to thirty high school and city fields yearly. We offer all star games, playoffs and championships. Team and individual awards are presented to all winners and finalists. If you are tired of playing softball or are intimidated about playing hardball again, now is the time to make the leap back to the great game you loved growing up....BASEBALL.
